I would totally recommend Fussy. The guy who runs it is sharp, he's fair, he's growing his business, and he's underpriced. In fact, I've urged him to raise his prices, as he's booked so far out it's often difficult to schedule.
That said, YMMV. I've always had a decent ROI, but there are no guarantees.

I just had a promo with them recently. It wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be. Not sure if it was my genre niche or what, but from what I heard, I thought the numbers would be up there. I may try again with a different genre in the near future.
