If Audible has ever invited you to return or exchange an audio book , even if you listened to the whole thing and enjoyed it - neither the narrator or the author was paid for your listen. Audible is letting listeners use their service like a library, profiting from monthly fees, and profiting even more by not having to pay authors and narrators. They've been doing this for years by hiding the returns from authors so that they didn't know it was happening. If it wasn't for a major glitch a little while back, they still wouldn't know. Read the very informative blog post for more info, and please share. The more people who know about this the better! www.susanmaywriter.net/single-post/audiblegate-the-incredible-story-of-missing-sales
