I am doing well but I learned this week a bunch of my relatives (who live in a different cities from me) have Covid-19 so I was stressed out the other day. Also hearing more and more about authors who have gotten it. Wanted to check and make sure no one here was sick or anything. It's scary and I hope everyone stays safe.

Also hearing more and more about authors who have gotten it. Wanted to check and make sure no one here was sick or anything. It's scary and I hope everyone stays safe. No covid at my house yet. I don't know anyone with it. I know of people who have had it, but I don't know anyone personally yet. *huggggles for being scared and for knowing people who have gotten it* I've just been busy being stupid in other places. As an Aspie sometimes I get really obsessed over things and then I tend to ignore everything else. Plus, I associate IAH with TUOK, and I feel guilty working on TUOK because I feel like I need to focus on making money. I did publish one new short: www.amazon.com/dp/B08F33PXHZ?fbclid=IwAR0cJ1BtFXsrAMHi4yUEGkvEUvLhu2j_KLqel7zUrZx9kIqbWe5PJ1XXjSU How to Focus: A Guide for People Struggling with Executive Function Issues Kindle Edition Do you struggle to focus on one thing at a time? Do you often feel scattered, like your head is about to fall off? Do you struggle with organization? Time management? Emotional self-regulation? Short term memory? Getting started on projects? Finishing projects? Do you lose things a lot? If you answered yes, to most or all of these questions then you may be struggling with Executive Function issues and this book could really help you. If you are already super organized and are satisfied with your ability to focus, then maybe you might want to check this book out just to read about someone like you. We neuro-divergent peeps have got to stick together after all. You can purchase a copy for just $0.99, or you can read it for free if you've got KU. Quick! Go clicky that orange button now before you forget! This is a short read of around 4,000 words. A perfect lunchtime read!

I'm fine, but I know someone who died from it and that was really scary. He was a K-9 Cop in our small town. He tested negative twice but I think the tests were wrong. He had all the symptoms. When something like that happens to someone less than 50 it makes you extra careful.

I'm not in a situation where I can be careful because no one around me takes it seriously. But for everyone that can stay safe, please stay as safe as possible! Also, hey, animalcreature! Thanks for joining and posting!

All good here. We minimized all contact early and stuck with it. We're more worried about family that won't quit going to maskless church. Ugh. SMH.

I'm glad you're all keeping smart and safe. Hopefully your maskless family gets lucky. My family are antimaskers (they wear them when mandatory, but don't at church and places where it's not) and so far they've been lucky. Which is great for me since I have to live with them, and if they get sick. I do, too. I feel like they've been trying their hardest to get it ever since the virus started, and nothing has happened yet. No telling how long that will last though. I don't advocate anyone pressing their luck like that. As would no one who has gotten it, or knows anyone who has. But my family aren't the brightest bulbs on the tree. They believe all the conspiracy theories.

Yes, the gullible...seems like more and more of the human race is gullible. Or revealed as gullible. Which is why con artists of all stripes thrive, and truth takes a beating. I am a healthy skeptic about most things, myself. It's the only way to defend oneself against the BS. Hope you remain well.

I am a healthy skeptic about most things, myself. It's the only way to defend oneself against the BS. Hope you remain well. Thanks! So far so good. Being skeptical is an important survival mechanism. I think "teamship" and "tribalism" is what's lead to so many gullible folks. Once we choose a side, everything the "enemy" says is wrong, and whatever our side says must be true since it's the opposite of what the "enemy" believes. So then our skepticism meter goes to sleep when someone we trust says things. And because our "tribe" so often gets tied to our identity, that makes questioning anything tied our identity that much harder.
