Excessica has always had tech problems, so it's not super surprising. Selena is really nice, but she's not a tech whiz and is too busy, really, for all of the projects she tries to take on.

I agree. I admire her for the effort though. She wanted to step in and help erotica authors when they were being targeted by other retailers and felt they had nowhere to go. Her heart was in the right place.
