I believe I unpublished the book that used to be here, too. The too, is because I wrote in the post below this one first thinking it was the first post. I'll leave this post blank until TUOK comes out, which I hope will actually be good. Check out the rest of this thread though if you like classic Sci-Fi books. Robert l Collins has links to a lot of good books posted below.

I unpublished the book I had here, before. I'll probably leave this space blank until TUOK eventually comes out.

I have a new fantasy novel out: Empire Breaker
Nonya is the daughter of the king of Cunarra, one of the many lands ruled by the Great King of Usaru. Nonya is to marry the youngest son of the Great King. Marriage will take Nonya from her home in Cunarra to the seat of the Usaru Empire and another kingdom in the Empire, the coastal land of Poneclia. Marriage will give her close relationships with spell-casting magisters and foreign scribes. It will also plunge her into the politics of the Usaru Empire. What happens when the sons of the Great King come into conflict? What will Nonya do to survive such turmoil? My SF&F novel page has the store links.

One such attack on the ship of human Paolo Chelini has made off with technology from the advanced Alphans. The incident starts an investigation that shakes governments and societies.
Paolo Chelini thought he was just another starship operator. He and his ship Tradecraft are about to become more famous, more influential, and more pursued…
This new series was inspired by rewatching Babylon 5 while listening to "The Audio Guide to Babylon 5" podcast. There will be 5 short novels in the series. You can get the first book at most major online bookstores.

I have two published novels and one soon to be.
BAD VIBE
Something unusual and unique occurs in the mid-forties in the U.S and serves as the seed of change that will transpire eighty years later.
Clayton Atwood is an uncommitted academic pinball, bouncing between college curricula that strike his fancy, unconcerned with scholastic advancement or degrees. Orphaned by his parent’s death early on, he lives with his eccentric uncle. Looking forward a carefree trip to Europe, his plans are interrupted by an innocuous note taped to his front door. It changes the course of his future.
In an unassuming building adjacent to Rice University in Houston, Clay learns that all he knew of his past is wrong and that he is now the center of an astounding scientific project that will help all mankind, but place one peaceful alien civilization in jeopardy, and attract genocidal hatred and retribution from another. In the mix is a ruthless assassin looking to wipe Clay off the face of the earth. It all comes to a brutal and violent conclusion at a secret Nevada military base.
I delisted this on Amazon and will be going wide in a few days.
IDIMMU
Since ancient Sumer it has been imprisoned. It was never meant to escape.
Former Vatican archivist Gwendolyn Myers knew of the legend, but she never expected to discover the truth. The elderly scholar's curiosity proved fateful.
Gwendolyn’s niece, Anjanette, works as a nurse in Houston where she notices strange similarities in horrifically injured ER arrivals. After Anjanette and her boyfriend, Macon move into her aunt’s house, the horrors follow them home and begin spreading throughout the neighborhood and beyond.
There is something of indescribable evil starving for blood and terror. A seemingly unstoppable evil has been unleashed that a small group, led by Anjanette, must desperately try to confront.
THRESHOLD & PORTAL
Jagger's life has been one tragedy after another. After losing his parents in a horrific car crash that left him in a comma after four operations to repair his brain and re-fuse his cranial plates, he develops the worse case of Epilepsy one can have. He accepts an offer for an experimental protocol that he is promised will cure his Epilepsy.
However, something goes terribly awry and a thing of unprecedented appetite and savagery has entered the world and it has plans for more of its kind.
Soon to be published.
My Cover files were all too big and I did not have time to massage them for inclusion here.

The next Tradecraft book is out, Tradecraft: Revenge. Central Station is a gathering place for the artists, merchants, and politicians of the Galactic League. Aliens come from all over the galaxy to exchange ideas and resolve disputes.
Paolo Chelini transports a human to an unoccupied planet inside the Elsora Imperium. Buried on that rock in space is a fortune in gold and silver. The client claims a deceased Elsora criminal left the wealth to him. Sure enough, the claim checks out.
Chelini and his friends on Central Station find themselves puzzling over the connections between that client, scandals in the Elsora Imperium, and an ancient human novel...

I have a new novel out, Space Hero Emma Tiffany: Emma Tiffany is not having a good time these days.
Her mother is a famed law enforcement office in the new Interstellar Alliance of Independent Worlds. Emma would like NOT to follow in her mother’s footsteps. Then she comes to the rescue of a woman she met in a bar.
She’s “rewarded” with a posting to the Alliance Space Patrol. She’s given command of a ship, the duty to protect the Alliance, and all the aggravations that come with command and duty. She has to deal with criminals, a conspiracy, and all-out war.
Will there be a better reward at the end of Emma’s service to the Alliance? Emma is hoping there will be, and something a little more valuable than a gold watch...I hope you check it out. It’s available at most online bookstores .

So, I keep publishing new stuff, and I keep forgetting to mention it here. Oh, well... I have a new fantasy series out called “Dal the Thief.” Dal is a good thief, but every so often he gets dragged into honest adventures. The series will consist of short novels and a collection of short stories. I put the first 3 works out earlier this month. Here’s where I’m keeping the series releases updated: robertlcollins.blogspot.com/p/dal-thief.htmlI’ve decided to tinker with book trailers again. It’s more to get me familiar with iMovie for my model train videos, but it’s fun. Here’s the link to the first Dal trailer: At my channel you can see my other trailers, and what I’m doing with my model railroad. Enjoy!

Another thread I forgot to post in... Anyway, I have two more “Dal the Thief” books out: The Stolen Throne - Dal arrives in the kingdom of Kirradoon just to deliver a message. He finds the kingdom in turmoil. A puffed-up bully has taken the throne and is threatening his rivals. Dal is enticed to undertake his greatest steal for the good of everyone. But how to profit from stealing a throne... The Outrageous Outlaw - Dal arrives in a new land with an old problem. Clever robbers are stealing silver from merchants and can’t be caught. The trouble is that they’re working near the border, and across it is the kingdom’s old foe. Are the robbers clever or are they spies? And will Dal the Thief live down chasing those in his own trade? I will try to post my other releases soon.

I have a new collection out, The Wit’s Falls Fairytales:
Wit’s Falls is a place where fairytales are celebrated. But not just any tales are told there. The tales must be witty, and the heroes and heroines of the tales must have and use their wits. This collection features a handful of those tales, from the adventures of a clever village lad to the struggle of a merchant’s daughter in love with someone from a rival land.
I hope you’ll give it a look!

I have two more books out in the "Dal the Thief" series, though not with Dal himself-
The Princely Search: Prince Orst is the fourth son and living in a tiny kingdom. He hasn’t yet found a good prospect for marriage. Then he hears that a Princess in a land not far away has gone missing. If he can find her, he might just impress her into wedded bliss. But as his friend Dal would say, nothing is ever that easy.
The Horseman Hustle: Luya is a former robber turned agent of her King. Horsemen from the eastern plains have raided the kingdom. Rumors are that other lands have made bargains with the horsemen to slow the raids. Luya is tasked with making a bargain to spare her homeland. She’s going to need all her criminal cleverness to make this deal a success.

The final book in the "Dal the Thief" series is out:
The Short Takes of Dal the Thief: Dal the Thief is known not just for his bold robberies, but for committing crimes in the service of what’s right and good. Not all of his adventures were grand, though. Some were small acts that had a wide impact. Several of these “short takes” are in this collection, showing how Dal enhanced his reputation and made powerful friends.

I like your trailer. It gives me a classic Disney vibe. I could see this as the opening credits of a movie from back in the day, when movies had longer opening credit scenes with pics, instead of doing that at the end of the movie.
