I have 4, right now. I used up my allotted three on the KDP account I publish with, so I had to open a second account for it. I am trying to decide if I want to publish my word search books under a new pen name/fifth AC account, or if I should just use my 4th account. That one just has 4 books on it. Two sci-fi-ish short and two nonfiction books, so it's already pretty eclectic.
I could also use my first pen name because even though I published two sci-fi shorts on it, neither one is published any longer. Hmm... Choices, choices...

I have four I believe but I have ditched the other pen names besides my main one.
I'd use the 4th one you already got open to save some hassle. I can't see there being an issue.

I have just one, because I don't do pen names. I have a pen name picked out, in case I ever decide to venture into erotica or publish something else I don't want asociated with my real name. But so far, I haven't needed it.

Just having one name sounds nice. I wonder what's it like?  I wonder about that the same way I wonder what it's like to live in the same house for your entire life. I bet that would be cool. |

I have two, one with my real name and the two main pen names, and a second one with the pen name that shall not be revealed. I'm close to not publishing anything new under that name, so one day it will just be a bad memory. If I ever need another pen name, I'll open a new Author Central for it. Maybe some day. At the rate I'm going, I'm not likely to need it, or even the ones I have.
