I've got some money to spend on marketing, and I'm trying to figure out what are the best ways to promote my science fiction and fantasy books. They are all published wide, with none of them in KU.
BookBub is probably the best promo site out there; I ran my first featured deal with them a month ago, and it earned out quite nicely. I've got a Book Barbarian in a week from now, so I'll report on that as well.
What are the other big promo sites for paid books (99¢, etc) that still work for SF&F? What are the best promo sites currently for free books?

I've heard Freebooksy and ENT are good for free books, and ENT is also good for the 99¢ books, but I hear that Bargainbooksy has gotten sort of lackluster for paid books. Nicholas Erik has done a lot of work documenting the better promo sites on his page here. There's also a good thread about it on Kboards if you aren't blocked.
