Saw this on Kboards, and the first post was edited for political content. I went *arrrrrgh* like I do and decided to start a thread here. Politics is life. Your politics infect your worldview which infects everything you do, think, and say. Rather than shying away from that, embrace it. Be you, say how you really feel. Don't worry what others think. Although I don't think these were KDP employees the shenanigans were going on with the merchant department, and mostly with sellers in China.
The other secret we learn is to pay your employees a fair wage so that they don't set up blackmarket schemes behind your back. When people feel a distinct lack they are much more likely to turn to criminal activity.

One seller in China told the Journal that competition on the website had become so intense that he needs to cheat in order to gain a competitive advantage. "If I don't do bad things I will die," he said.
