This individual is currently involved in a lawsuit initiated by a former client, Christina Garner. Hamilton voided a contract by changing the terms of a contract and refused to make Garner whole by returning her money when Garner did not agree with the terms of the new contract. Hamilton made various online accusations that Garner pirated/plagiarized her, conspired with other authors to harm her, and fabricated/manipulated evidence, among many other accusations. Hamilton sued several other authors in her cross-complaint for supporting Garner, all of which were dismissed from the case. Garner filed a SLAPP motion. Hamilton's lawyer requested a conference to mediate a settlement; a stipulation to settle has been reached wherein Hamilton makes a retraction and is ordered to pay Garner. The stipulation to settle is NOT the final settlement and the case will remain open until the parties reach an agreement.

Hamilton's KDP account was terminated for repeated TOS violations, all of which she discussed in her marketing group. Regardless of the excuses, her personal KDP account was terminated and remains terminated. To get around that, she started up another publishing venture/account.

Hamilton was also involved in a legal matter with another co-author, Jasmine Walt, the result of which a joint statement of parting ways was made along with an agreement to stop discussing the case, which Hamilton subsequently broke by trashing Walt on FB.

Several of her co-authors and/or authors who have used her services have had their KDP accounts terminated, including Conner Kressley, J.A. Cipriano, and Michael Scott Earle.

Wow, thanks @darketic this must have taken quite some time to compile all this!

DD the links work for me, but proboards uses stupid viglink redirects, like Kboards, and so it's possible those could be tripping you up? I'm clicking on my laptop, I don't know how well they work on a phone. You could try, right clicking, copy link address, then copy it into a note file and erase the viglink part, then recopy the actual url into a new tab.

The kboards ones without a full blue color take me to the main forum page there. Their links are sometimes odd, and I don't know how to fix them.

Thanks for putting all of this up. People need to know who to stay away from, and with kboards increasing need to mod anything that isn't "playing nice", they won't get it there. I just wondered, is this part of the forum open to anyone, even non-members? If so, we can keep this updated and direct folks here.

I assume you guys figured this out, but I'm just seeing this thread so thought I'd jump in. The problem is that browsers stop considering something a part of a URL when there's a comma, in it (like the one's above). So when you click the url, you're only being taken to the part of the url before the comma. If you want to go the actual page, you need to copy the whole url yourself and go to it (ie. copy and paste it into your browser).

Yep, RH has several of these so-called services. I believe it's even more than the ones the OP listed. An author I know was telling me about one she used and it turned out to be an RH service. I didn't even say anything because this author has been around long enough that she should know who RH is and what she is about. If she was a newbie, it would be different but this author has been around and I KNOW she has heard of the mess RH has done. It's sad that so many authors just don't care as long as they feel like someone will help them sell books.
