Their editors publish up sample critiques they give to authors. I eat up stuff like this. It's the next best thing to having an editor of your very own. Plus, it's not personal. The advice isn't for you, so you can look at it objectively and maybe learn stuff. Or not. I just thought I'd share in case.
Harlequin used to have a really nice forum and contests where editors would interact with wannabe authors, and I enjoyed the conversations. Sadly, the forum is now kaput. All they've got now is a Facebook group.
