That could be anyone so nope, no guesses. I would be really leery of buying someone else's publishing account. Usually when you see offers like this on reddit you just buy the books and transfer them to your account, which is a pain in the patootie, but doable and allowable. Just taking over someone else's KDP when you have no idea what they've been doing with it or how those AllStar bonuses have been won, well that's just playing with fire, IMO.

Also, that graphic is a fiction--it doesn't even purport to be a real screenshot of anything, just something somebody made up. It may be realist fiction, or it may be completely made-up--but it's fiction.

That's what I figured, but it wouldn't exactly take a ton of due diligence to see that their numbers for the last couple of weeks have been nearly 0 (if it's a banned account). I can't imagine they'd ever be able to slip that by someone trying to buy the company.

If it's a scammer's account, then they are still probably scamming--hiding the truth and looking for a sucker. The fallback position would likely be to negotiate for a price based on the idea that the new owner could replicate the pre-ban success.
