Beth is a good egg. I don't know how effective they are, but I've been happy with the services I've used so far.

I'm going to give them a try. I do find it odd that they're using British spellings for a company with a Portland, Oregon, USA address, though.

Lots of Commonwealth countries use UK spelling, Canada included. So yeah, they could be from anywhere.

That is true, if by "English-speaking country" you mean where English is the first language. However, there are many countries where English is a second or further language that teach American English, such as Mexico, Japan, The Philippines, South Korea, a large swath of South America, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and others. moverdb.com/british-vs-american-english/
